Please find key information relating to the upcoming Cobnor residential taking place in September 2025 for all current Year 5 children. 

Date of Year 6 residential 17th - 19th of September 2025.

Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit or full payment.

Where will your child stay?

The log cabin offers dormitory bunkbed-style rooms, comfortably accommodating up to 44 people. It features various room configurations including two rooms of two, five rooms of four, and two bunk bed dormitories. 

 

What activities will your child do? 

While at the centre, the children will be split into three groups and led by a qualified instructor who holds a full DBS check. Their Cecil Road group leader will stay with them during the duration of the activities. 

We are very lucky to be offering the children the following activities: 

• Kayaking 
• High ropes
• Climbing wall
• Archery
• Tree climbing
• Sailing

Cost of residential

The cost of this year's residential is £275. This price includes transport, accomodation, food and all activities. 

Full Payment Due: 30th June 2025

Please note that the school makes a contribution towards the cost of travel to keep the cost as minimum for parents and carers as possible. 

All pupil premium children are entitled to financial assistance with this. Please speak to the office if your child qualifies and would like to take part.
